God is Love
This study and scripture plan is a month long journey into understanding God’s unconditional love and how it is to be our motivation to loving others. Love is not a feeling but a motivation. We look into what God says love is and is not. We also explore answers to these questions:
* How does God Love us?
* How do I love others?
* Who am I to love?

April 2024 Theme:
Pursue Godliness
We are going to examine what Paul, Peter and Jude had to say about godliness and do some deep holy introspection of our hearts. We are going to examine what godliness is, what it is not, it’s prerequisites, it’s barriers, it’s potential influence in our lives, and then
consider how to grow in godliness through personal application. At the close of the month, we will look at one of my favorite characters in the
Bible: Daniel. Finally, we will look at Proverbs 31 and the “Godly Woman.” Included in this Journal you will find on the back pages a table set up you can fill in to compare and contrast heavenly wisdom and worldly wisdom.

May 2024 Theme:
Seven Churches
The book of Revelation can be an intimidating book to read. John uses a lot of imagery to describe the future events to unfold at the ends times. Tucked within the second and third chapters of Revelation are letters written by John, from Jesus to the seven churches. This month we are going to take a close look at these letters and do some deep holy introspection of our hearts. We are going to break each of the seven letters down by search for the following answers:
What characteristic of Jesus is being revealed?
What did Jesus say was the good?
What did Jesus say was the Bad?
What is Jesus invitation to us and promise He gives?

The Lord is my Shepherd
The 23rd psalm is among the most famous passages of Scripture. Among Christians, it might be the most often-quoted and frequently-memorized set of verses in the Old Testament. The themes of comfort, reassurance, and God’s provision for His people have resonated with even non-believers across the ages.

December 2024
AS we are heading into the season of advent, it is easy to be swept away with plans, family events, food and gifts. It can also be a time of pain and loss for many. An advent season is a season of waiting. Trusting in a good God who holds our time and seasons.
