Good Morning Brothers and Sisters in Christ!
One of the most frequently asked questions I get is how do you pray? What is your understanding of how we are to approach the throne room and presence of God?
This is an awesome question!! Early in my discipleship I had the same question. As I started my journaling I found a “method” that helped me establish my prayer model I used today. The ACTS method is an acronym.
A – Adoration
C – Confession
T – Thanksgiving
S – Supplication
As I used this, my prayer life evolved into a deeper more meaningful connection with the Lord. It taught me that prayer is not a monologue. It helped me organize my thoughts and requests and confessions. So often before using this, I’d go to God bumbling around. I’d rabbit trail off in the middle of prayer or jump all over the place. I wanted t go confidently before the Lord.
This method, journal, and any other method for that matter is not perfect. Remember prayer is between you and the Lord! There are times I do not use this. There are times when it is not convenient to have this outline. But as I used it, my prayer time became more meaningful. I pray this little journal can help you, too.

You are welcome to use this or be inspired to create your own way of journaling prayer. Beyond the title are two pages.

The first page helps me organize what I am thankful for, people to pray for, sort term prayer requests and long term prayer requests. There is also a place to write in answered prayers.
The second page helps me organize my thoughts into the ACTS model. I go into deeper detail on what the ACTS model is on my website. I pray this encourages you in your prayer life.
