It Starts Small

Have you ever done something to get another person to notice you?

We all have! We have all done that “special” thing to get a guy’s attention. Is that not why we use social media? To get other’s attention to say look at me? We want people to notice us.

Is it surprising to learn that God is trying to get you to notice Him?

Throughout mankind’s history and even our story, God has been trying to get our attention. Why? Because He wants something for you. Wait did you read that? He wants something FOR you! He wants YOU to have a relationship with Him. God wants you to love Him every moment of the day.

Take a moment and think about what are some of the ways God has tried to get your attention, but you ignored Him?

Our relationship with our Heavenly Father, His Son and the Holy Spirit is the most important relationship we can ever pursue. God wants us to follow Him. He wants to use you in people’s lives and do things through you – things you can not do on your own. In order for us to experience this, you have to stay close to Him. The best part, God is never too far away to be reached. In order to feel close to Him, we have to continually grow your relationship with Him.
