It Starts Small

How many of us struggle to believe that God truly has a purpose in our life?

You can not see it,. but my hand is raised really high! Some of us believe the lie or struggle to believe that God has plans for our lives and that He is NOT going to leave us high and dry. Some of us are stuck in believing e have no point to life and we are just existing.

Can I tell you that God has BIG plans for your life?

He did not just create us to exist. He tells us that He not only has big plans for our lives, but plans to prosper us and to give us a hope and a future! He doesn’t just casually say it, He declares it! When Jesus leads us as the Good Shepherd, He will never lead us into harms way!

Today would be a good day for us to read John 10 and remember Jesus is the Good Shepherd!

How comforting is it to know that Jesus only wants to lead us into the future He has in store for you? Not only does He lead us to that future He wants to prosper us!

We have plans of our own, that is great, but I want to encourage you today to give all your plans to the Lord and He will guide you and course correct you if needed.

Trust that when you place your future in God’s hands, He will lead you along the best path He has for your life. Your life has purpose and God wants to bring you into His perfect will for Him to use you for His glory!

Today let us ponder:

• Is the Lord my Shepherd?
• Have I even considered the Lord in my future plans?
• Do I fully trust the Lord with my future?
• Do I believe the Lord wants to prosper me and give me a hope that surpasses all understanding?
