It Starts Small

By following Christ’s example, we make Christ known to a lost and dying world. Jesus prayed these words to His Father:

²² The glory that you have given me I have given to them, that they may be one even as we are one, ²³ I in them and you in me, that they may become perfectly one, so that the world may know that you sent me and loved them even as you loved me.

John 17:22-23

We need to make a commitment to godliness. Our godliness needs to be shown in our words, our lifestyle, our relationships, our attitude, our faith, and our purity.

¹² Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.

1 Timothy 4:12

When we study scripture, we are prepared to encourage other believers. Godliness is thinking and acting rightly and is a powerful witness to those around us.

Today let us deeply dive into the areas of our life and consider is our godliness revealing Christ:

Words?
Lifestyle?
Relationships?
Attitude?
Faith?
Purity?

Where are we falling short? Let us bring all these things to the Lord and depend upon Him to help us and transform these areas into a reflection of Christ.
